I have the worst frizzy hair and washing my hair is a 5 step process:
1)Pre condition with Olive oil
2)Wash
3) Condition
4) leave in conditioner
5) Serum
For me, the following are the five best items. I buy most of these on Ebay as I get the best price. I checked Globus in Geneva and their Kiehl’s Shampoo was $37.00. I bought Kiehl’s PROTEIN CONCENTRATE CHAMOMILE SHAMPOO 8.4 oz for $20.00 including shipping toEurope on Ebay. I have not tested the Protein Concentrate yet so it will not be mentioned in the list below.
1) Kerastase is hands-down the best shampoo on the market, however, you will pay a price for perfection. Bain de Force is a vitamin-infused shampoo created for parched, dry hair. According to InStyle Magazine, which named it a ‘Best Buy’ two years running, Bain de Force contains a ‘bond mender’ that strengthens weakened hair.
2) Phyto Phytonectar Ultra nourishing shampoo for ultra dry hair. Adds softness and supplenes to ultra-dry hair. It also contains 20% St John’s Extract. Helps restore the moisture and lipid balance in ultra dry, porous hair. Revitalizes, nourishes, tones and, protects hair from stress factors and faciltates detangling. It’s a very gentle formula. Hair regains strength, suppleness and shine. Available on Ebay for approx. $20.00.
3) Best Thirst Quencher: Phyto Phytosesame Express Hydrating Conditioner. A fabulous conditioner to be used after shampooing, Phyto Phytosesame Express Hydrating Conditioner softens and detangles the coarsest hair. It’s about the same price as the better known (and hyped) Kerastase products.
4) Best Serum: Super Skinny Serum by Paul Mitchell. It just isn’t too goopy. It is perfect goop.
5)Fekkai Overnight Hair Repair by Frederic Fekkai is super deluxe and super expensive. It retails for $195. You can find it on Ebay for $115.00 (New in Box of course). This luxurious product replenishes and renews hair while you sleep and smells yummy too.
