Sorry, but you will never be gorgeous (unless you are under the age of 22) if you eat junk food and fast food on a regular basis. Cut out the coke and fries and incorporate the following superfoods in your diet:

Last week I made a list of my top 5 favourite anti-ageing products and over the weekend I realised I forgot to mention PureDeming. It really should have been called my top 6 favourite anti-ageing products. I discovered PureDeming on Ebay about two years ago while reading about Ebay Store Success stories ( yes I was bored). After reading the amazing reviews, being intrigued by Deming Colbert’s unusual story of going from number cruncher at the US Department of Treasury to creating her own line of organic skin careand being equally impressed by the list of great ingredients (sometimes totally crunchy hippy ingredients just don’t cut it): Idebenone, vitamin C, Natural ALA, and pomegranate extract, I bought an Intense Gel. PureDeming prides itself on it’s filler free products packed with pure active ingredients in high concentration and I have to say the results of using PureDeming are amazing. My skin positively glows after I use the Intense Gel formuated for dry skin. [Read more →]
Jo Malone scents are sumptious. Who doesn’t love tuberose, honeysuckle and gardenia?
Manolos are unaffordable for most of us in real life. I found a gorgeous pair here.
Home made cookies (you can pretend you made them)
Luxury Frette Bed Sheets you’ll never buy sheets at Target again.
Bliss to wash away the anxious day.
It’s time I hear from you. What are your top 5 things to shop for on Ebay?
1. Revolve Clothing delivers worldwide, offers free shipping for $100.00 orders (or more) and has awesome brands like Juicy Couture, Nanette Lepore, Paul & Joe and Chip & Pepper. First time buyers can get 30% off most items.
2. Ebay because everything is available here in everyshape or form and sometimes a bargain. From mobile phones to bobbleheads to jellybeans to little girl bridesmaid dresses..anything is on auction here. There is a good system for eliminating bad apples so not much chance of getting ripped off.
3. Amazon has expanded from being a book seller to being a seller of beauty products, kitchen wares, clothing and apparel etc…also a great one stop shop with customer reviews to help out in your choice. At the moment there is a 4 for 3 deal on books, DVD’s, CD’s and magazines. Books, CD’s and DVD’s are not country specific. If you are not in an Amazon country (Amazon coutries are: USA, Canada, UK, Japan, China, Germany and France) then I would usually recommend you order from the US. I have done the math several times and while I get things faster from the UK they are cheaper from the US.
4. Figleaves.com : Aptly named online underwear shop.
Do I really need to say it? Underwear shopping sucks! Bright lights, big mirrors and ill fitting underwear…it’s dizzying. Figleaves has a US and UK site and is currently offering 70% discount on it’s swimwear.
5.Alinghi…perhaps not mainstream but this site is just great! Look Chic in the America’s Cup Winner’s garb. There are several sales going on here and a free Alinghi waterbottle with every order.
Ebay is heaven for shoppers. I buy all DVD’s for less than what I can rent them for. I buy Boden clothes on Ebay, I’ve bought my best Manolos on Ebay. I’ve bought Eve Lom facial cleanser on Ebay. If you aren’t living in
. The thrill of buying something at auction is quite compelling: It’s like fighting over a Kade Spade bag at a sample sale rather than just picking something off a shelf or clicking on the LL Bean buy it it now button. Recently I was looking for Pomellato jewellery on Ebay and did not find anything. I then checked Ebay.it and I found loads of it. So don’t be shy roam around to international Ebay sites. Last Christmas I bought myself an Audemars Piguet watch on Ebay for about 30% less than retail. There are plenty of reliable luxury watch sellers on Ebay. If you are an Ebay virgin it really is time to get over it and check it out!
Cortona, Italy: I’ve just had a five day jaunt in the Tuscan hills outside of Cortona. Absolutely gorgeous and the Buffalo Mozzarella to die for. I took the overnight train from Florence to Martigny in Switzerland and was so happy [Read more →]
I hate blow drying my hair…but when I don’t I have really stupid cowlicks ( I do love that word…and I really did think a cow licked me when I was little), so I’ve discovered this little brush attachment that comes with the CHI Chi Rocket. I am spastic with a normal hair brush and with this hair dryer you can just brush and style with the attachment on your hair dryer. Plus this little wonder dries your hair by projecting millions of negative ions to break the water molecules rather than boiling them like your old dryer and you can get out the door on time: 50% faster drying time. Amazon offers a free flat iron for the hair inspired that are spending $200 or more on related products. Now that’s a cool deal.
I just love this braided leather bracelet from Kim and Maki’s online store. It’s marked off 50% from $100. They won’t last!
A few days ago I published “Will it Survive and buy me Botox” back when I was writing on Blogger. I’ve taken the plunge and now have my own website! I’ve been working on it all weekend and it’s soooo much harder and demanding than Blogger. My favourite blog is dooce (like everyone else) and I wanted something similar looking (I know I’m not there yet) but I started with contacting hostican…well ..I did not contact them I just purchased a 2 year package, found a coupon for $50.00 (50off-12) and paid with paypal, which I love doing because it almost seems like not spending money. 2 minutes after I pressed the pay button and my mobile phone rang. Let me stress that I live in Switzerland and that hostican lives in the U.S. I almost didn’t answer because I couldn’t tell who it was (paranoid) and it was Ted from hostican checking if I had made a purchase and then he talked me through the first steps. So yes I fell in love with Ted.
But then…I screwed it all up when I tried to change my theme as recommended by bloggeries and ladidah I ended up with a 404 error message. I WASTED hours of my saturday night trying to figure this out while watching failure to launch (very distracting: oh so very handsome) until I finally collapsed with absolutely nothing resolved.
This morning, nothing had been miraculously resolved so I found this little IM tech support thing on hostican and I found myself talking to Steven Moore. Steven Moore is my new hero. He fixed it all and I was back up and running so basically I made this site in a day. Don’t worry I will change the Header. It’s kind of blobby at the moment. I have to stress that hostican went so far beyond my expectations. I’m totally chuffed.
I was just about to sign off and I realise I have not addressed the title of this post. Aside from being fun this blog has a commercial goal. To increase returns by 20% a month. After almost a week of blogging I’m averaging almost one whole dollar a day and in three years I should be able to afford Botox because by then I will be (theoretically)making $25000 a month. So if you want to be part of my selfish Botox campaign please visit some of my links.

This is completely selfish and gratuitous self promotion. Just because I’ve always wanted one and it is early days yet but I can’t help it…I’ve added all things I love and I’ve made my own shop! It’s taken me almost all day after bacon and eggs for brunch. So come visit my new all glittery Because Pink and Green Look Good Together shop. I’ll be adding shoes soon.
